Award winning designer Robert Radi adds three new eyewear products to his 2005-2006 lineup of fashionable and functional active sportswear. The motion-driven designs deliver a decisive fashion statement, branding this line as a true fusion of functions and aesthetics.

Beverly Hills (PRWEB) October 19, 2005 — Robert Radi announced today that his line of RazorbackTM Sport Eyewear has been expanded to include three new items: the RazorbackTM “K” Hybrid sunglass; the RazorbackTM Integra and the RazorbackTM “F” goggles. The move came after the excellent market performance of the RazorbackTM Quadra.

The RazorbackTM Limited Edition Collection is exclusively available at http://www.radidesign.com.

“The new additions to the family of high performance eyewear create a collection keen to virtually any sport activity, where a need for protection from the elements is present,” says Radi, a third-generation designer. “The motion-driven designs deliver a decisive fashion statement, branding this line as a true fusion of functions and aesthetics.”

Radi has been awarded two Good DesignTM Awards by the Chicago Athenaeum of Architecture and Design for his innovative design on the RazorbackTM Line, and he was nominated for the DesignPreis 2006 by the German Federal Ministry of Economics.

While widely different in design and sport function, the entire RazorbackTM Limited Edition Collection shares the same high performance DNA of the anti-fog/anti-dust RazorbackTM technology and OptiWideTM for augmented peripheral vision. The RazorbackTM Technology has been developed by leading U.S. scientists as a highly effective response to fogging and particle infiltration in eyewear products. RazorbackTM remains the undisputed natural convection anti-fog and anti-dust technology.

Along with his design on the RazorbackTM Line, Robert Radi is also renowned for his design efforts on behalf of clients such as: Neutrogena (a Johnson &Johnson Company), Avery Dennison, DermaNew, American Angler (a Berkshire Hathaway Brand), Saint-Gobain Calmar and Apex Digital. His design has been featured in numerous international magazines and publications and has gained him a string of awards and recognitions.

Educated in Italy and the United States, Radi has served as a part-time professor at Otis College of Art and Design from 1997 to 2005, teaching product design. He has over 12 years of experience in styling and designing products for mass and limited production.
