The Ginsu Outdoors Electric Fillet Knife is specifically geared towards the outdoor marketplace and designed with the avid fishermen in mind. Whether one fish is being filleted or a whole limit this electric fillet knife is designed to have the coolest running motor on the market. The unit also conveniently contains a standard 12Volt plug which includes battery clips along with a 110Volt converter. Both the freshwater and the Shark stainless steel blades feature double serration for faster filleting.
